What is the dress code for the wedding?
Semi Formal - Dress to impress! Semi-formal in London style means suits or dressy separates for men, and cocktail or statement dresses for women. We’d love for guests to lean a little more dressy than casual to mark the occasion.
Will there be transportation to the wedding and back
Hop aboard our iconic red London bus!
We’ll be providing group transportation to and from the wedding venue, with departure from the Conrad Hotel.
Please plan to meet there — no matter where you’re staying — so we can all enjoy the ride together on this classic London experience!
The bus will return to the Conrad at 11:00 PM, once the celebration comes to a close.
We’re finalizing the exact pickup times, so please check back soon for updates.
Where do we park?
Please note that the venue does not permit outside parking.
We strongly encourage all guests to use the complimentary transportation provided, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
What will the weather be like?
August is summertime in London, and the weather is generally pleasant and mild, with average highs around 72°F (22°C).
While occasional showers can happen, we’re preparing for a beautiful day and will celebrate joyfully in any weather.
We recommend bringing a light jacket or umbrella, just in case. London weather likes to keep things interesting!
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
We’re finalizing the logistics, but the ceremony will take place indoors, where everyone can relax and enjoy.
The cocktail hour is planned for outdoors, weather permitting, followed by an indoor reception for dinner and dancing.
If any details change, we’ll be sure to update this website — please check back closer to the date for the latest information.
What is tipping culture like?
Restaurants: 10-15% tip, although some restaurants will already include a service charge. Pubs: tipping is not expected. Taxis: rounding up your fare to the nearest pound is considered polite. Hotels: it is considered customary to tip your bellhop, etc.
Do I need anything other than a passport to visit the UK?
Yes! A UK ETA (electronic travel authorization) is needed for all guests traveling to the UK. It can be purchased online or through the UK ETA mobile app.
When should I RSVP?
We kindly ask that all of our guests let us know whether they can or cannot make it as soon as they know. If you know you are unable to attend prior to the formal invitations being sent out, please fill out the RSVP questionnaire on our website.
