London Heathrow (LHR) is the closest and most convenient airport for guests. From there, you have several easy options to reach your hotel, Airbnb, or the wedding venue:
Heathrow Express: The fastest way into central London — a 15-minute train ride to Paddington Station. From there, taxis, the Underground, or rideshares can take you to your accommodation.
London Underground (Tube): The Piccadilly Line runs directly from Heathrow into central London — an affordable and reliable option.
Taxis & Rideshares: Black cabs and apps like Uber or Bolt are readily available at the airport. Ideal if you’re traveling with luggage or prefer a direct route.
Private Transfers: For a stress-free experience, consider pre-booking a private car or shuttle service to your hotel or Airbnb.
🏨 Getting Around Locally
Public Transit: London’s buses and Underground system are extensive and easy to use. Contactless payments and cards like Oyster are accepted on all services.
Walking: Many central areas and local attractions are best explored on foot.
